3. Payment : Enclosed is a check in U.S. currency to the Beauty Expo USA – Missouri, in the amount of representing our 50% deposit for booth reservation(s) along with this original signed contract. Any payments made after that date must be by a company check or money order. Remaining balance is due on December 5, 2008. There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellation after October 10, 2008.

4. Assumption of Risk While BEU may provide security service of the exhibit for the exhibit area, it is understood that all products, equipment, furniture, and furnishings if the exhibitor are placed at the sole rick of exhibitor, and BEU assumes no responsibility for any loss or damages to the exhibitor's property. |
